This is the second time I have ordered the Bergson VARBERG men's winter hiking trousers. That alone shows that I'm basically satisfied with the product.about the first pair of trousers:The material is top 5 out of 5 points. The fit and comfort are also excellent, also 5 out of 5 points, but the quality of workmanship was not quite perfect: lots of small fluff and poorly cut seams, which should not really occur in trousers in this price category. Cheaper alternatives, which cost only half the price, do not show such defects in some cases. Although these are only visual imperfections, they are nevertheless worth mentioning. As for the second order: I ordered the second pair of trousers on 17.12. Today is 29.12. and they haven't arrived yet. This is probably not Bergson's fault, as the delivery is handled by the shipping service provider. Nevertheless annoying, especially because the customer service only wished good luck instead of actively helping or trying to find a solution.Conclusion:The pants themselves are very good, comfortable and of high quality material. The workmanship could be a little more careful and the service should be more responsive. Overall, a solid product with room for improvement in terms of both quality control and customer contact.
